Erin is a lawyer mum, based in Brisbane, Queensland Australia. Erin has over 15 years' experience working in commercial law, with special interests in franchising, retail and technology. Erin is a qualified Company Secretary and has experience with charities, risk management and governance.

Ryan is an experienced executive in franchise sales and growth strategy, network development and franchise operations. Ryan has worked with various franchisors across franchise development, from fitness to ASX-listed FMCG, in the APAC region.
Ryan joined as a network consultant with The Station HQ in 2025.
